“Your heart knows the way. Run in that direction.”

- Rumi

A little about me

Since I can remember I’ve been that friend that wanted deep conversation and real connection.

I was a quiet one. Gentle and shy; curious and observing, trying to make sense of a world that just didn’t make sense.

If we are love and only kindness matters, then why does our world look like it does?

I’ve spent my entire adult life reading, learning, traveling, healing, studying and absorbing everything I could that would help me understand humans– the interactions, the behaviors and the choices, my own and those of others.

This is a pursuit that never gets dull.

I’ve explored from the outside in and the inside out noticing the patterns that we all have but not really understanding completely why we have them.

Until…

Neuroscience based coaching came into my world (which was shortly after the lid had been opened to the field of epigenetics).

It felt exciting – ancient wisdom, inner knowing and science were converging.

I was seeing clients and rocking along, doing the work I was meant to do.

Until… a few words stopped me in my tracks

Attending an entrepreneur event I heard someone on stage say,

“Until you heal your intergenerational trauma, nothing else matters. If I would have done “my’ work before I launched my first company, I never would have put that company in the world.”

It was one of those stand still moments for me.
Everything shifted. Recalibrated. Realigned.

I knew when I walked out of those doors, it would be my mission to help people heal their intergenerational trauma, alleviate their personal distress and lighten the energetic load they carry in their body and in their being.

This is the work the world needs. This reshapes and redesigns our future.

That’s why we start with Havening, then move on to coaching.

Heal first, then create the life you want.

Clear the patterns, release the trauma, and get clear on what you want, then watch the most amazing things unfold.

“If intergenerational trauma can alter DNA, why can't intergenerational love?”
- A. Elliot

A little bit more about me:

I’m a dancer. This art needs no words. Universal rhythm leads the way.

I’m a daughter, a sister and I’m a mother.

Presence and compassion… I remind myself everyday.

My feet have touched ground in 47 countries. The flavors of the local cuisine, the beauty of the landscape and the smiles that shine through the eyes of the people live forever in me.

I loved Venetian life. Life in the “square” (Campo) feels vibrant, connected and joyful.

When taking in the beauty of nature I often find myself rapt in awe… I hold these moments dear as I’m pulled into the present– almost time for soccer practice, the kids need to get off electronics, and everyone is hungry.

Here’s to living ;-)

Much love,

Windi
